- Economy Air Ticket ( Round Trip ) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, then the invoice or the payment evidence.

- International Covid Certificate
- Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.
- Complimentary Exhibition center drop & pick up.
- Complimentary Lunch at the exhibition center.
- B2B Meetings with Profile matched Indian Exhibitors for business partnership.
- Wide circulation of the buyer profile throughout Exhibitors.
- Hotel check in/out timings are usually 12 noon / 11 am. Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly. Any additional charge for a stay will be billed at USD 100.00 per night.
- Early check-in and / or late departure may result in extra room charge.
