About the Exhibition

Warsaw Tools & Hardware Show 2026 is the 6th edition

of the International Trade Fair for Tools and Finishing Works, scheduled from 03 - 05 November 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo, Nadarzyn, Warsaw. The exhibition is positioned as a specialised B2B platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, importers, professional users and industry decision-makers from the tools, hardware, construction and finishing sectors. Poland is one of the largest and fastest-growing economies in Central and Eastern Europe and serves as an important manufacturing, logistics and distribution hub for the European market.

Important notes

  • The participation fee includes a four-night hotel stay for one representative per exhibiting organization. Please note that the rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • EEPC India reserves the right to reject an application for participation without assigning any reason.
  • In case of not receiving a minimum number of participants, EEPC India may decide not to participate in the show.
  • No subletting or sharing of space/ booth is permitted.

  • No applicant can avail subsidised rate if in same event, the applicant (exhibitor) has already participated three times.
  • No applicant can avail subsidised rate if the applicant (exhibitor) has already participated in three MAS aided events in the current financial year.

Note:

EEPC INDIA can only recommend for issuance of VISA to the extent that the concerned person is a participant at the subject exhibition and that the person in question has been certified by the participating organisation to be their representative. The Foreign Embassy/ Consulate where the applicant submits the VISA application is expected to follow their usual procedural checks before granting the VISA in question and EEPC INDIA shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for non-issuance of VISA by the concerned authorities. This would mean that the prospective participant will be fully liable for the total charges payable to EEPC INDIA even if they do not obtain the VISA for any reason whatsoever

Economic Scenario of Poland

Poland is the largest economy in Central and Eastern Europe and an important manufacturing and commercial hub within the EU. The country's real GDP grew by 3.6% in 2025, compared with 3.0% in 2024. Industrial value added increased by 3.0%, while construction value added grew by 1.7%. The IMF expects Poland's economy to grow by approximately 3.5% in 2026, supported by strong domestic demand, monetary easing and accelerated utilisation of EU funds.

Bilateral Trade between India and Poland

According to the Embassy of India in Warsaw, bilateral trade reached US$6.36 billion in 2025, compared with US$5.80 billion in 2024. India's exports to Poland increased from US$4.36 billion in 2024 to US$4.83 billion in 2025, while imports from Poland rose from US$1.44 billion to US$1.53 billion.

Engineering goods constitute an important component of India's export basket to Poland. India's major exports include machinery and mechanical appliances, electrical and electro-technical equipment, base metals and articles thereof, transport equipment, plastics/rubber products and other manufactured goods. With India's engineering exports reaching a record US$122.43 billion in FY 2025–26, growing 4.86% year-on-year, Indian engineering companies are increasingly well positioned to expand their presence in European markets. Major growth areas include industrial machinery, electrical machinery, iron & steel products, automobiles and components, and construction machinery.

Re-imbursement of Airfare

Up to Rs. 75,000 may be reimbursed

Since limited space is available, selection of participation will be done strictly on first-come, first-served basis.

Benefit to member-exporters

EEPC India is proposing to organise this event under the MAS under EPM of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. The rates mentioned above are subsidized in comparison with the normal rates offered by the Fair Authorities and is in anticipation of receiving the government approval.

Cancellation of participation

Please note that no request for cancellation and/ or refund including of advances, if any and/ or adjustment thereof shall be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Once the application form and/ or advance/ part payments are accepted by EEPC India the participant remains liable to pay in entirety the amounts due from them on account of the event. In case members are not able to travel due to travel restrictions/advisory by Government of India or Poland then the amount paid will be adjusted toward the participation in the next edition.
