- Air Fare Reimbursement maximum up to on production of the following copies,
- Passport
- Economy Air Ticket ( Round Trip ) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, then the invoice or the payment evidence.
- B2B meetings confirmation
- Visa Immigration
- Boarding Pass
- International Covid Certificate
- Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.
- Complimentary Venue Transfers.
- Hotel check in/out timings are usually 2 pm / 12 noon. Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly.
- Any additional charge for additional stay will be the responsibility of the individual buyer (approx. charges for room night is USD 100.00 per night plus applicable tax, if any.)
- Early check-in and / or late departure may result in extra room charge.
